A Bill of Sale from James Lane to William Nutt was proved by Oath of 
Nathaniel Lane as witness thereto and ordered to be recorded


Fourth Entry:

The last Will and Testament of Joel Lane esq. Deed was proved by the 
Oaths of John Marshall esq. and Henry Dilliard witness es thereto and 
Ordered to be recorded and at the same time Henry Lane esg. an Executor 
therein named came into Court and qualified according to Law.
