The Latin phrase used in several instances above-Ven exp.or ips-could not be found. It is hard to decipher and I believe it was abbreviated as well, but the nearest I could come is as follows: Ven, is to come back. Exp.or, could be ex parte, something done by one party, or ex post, something done later.
