Notice
The creditors of Joel H. Lane are hereby notified that ninety days from this 
date are allowed them to exhibit their claims to ---, and signify their 
convent to a deed of assignment this day executed--after which time, by the 
terms of said assignment, they will be deprived of any benefit resulting from 
the trusts within declared.
