DEPOSITION
    Whereas, HECTOR M’KENNEN, hath this day appeared before me, and being duly 
sworn, deposeth that some time in the year 1804, he lost a note of hand which 
he had upon PHILEMON HODGES, for the some of $270 and something upwards., -- 
these are therefore to forewarn all persons from taking an assignment of said 
note as I have this day received full compensation for said note, sworn to and 
subscribed.
