DEBTOR'S NOTICE
   On Friday, the 13th inst., I shall proceed to take the oath prescribed by 
the Act of Assembly, for the benefit of insolvent debtors. The following 
persons are therefore notified to attend at the Jail in the City of Raleigh, 
and shew cause, if any they have, why I should not avail myself of said act.
   JOHN WILLIAMS of Edgecombe, JAMES BRIGH, EXUM LEWIS, ANDERSON CURTIS, 
Raleigh, ROBERT CANNON, South Bond.
