WILLIAM ROLES, to the Court, on motion to prove will

A paper writing purporting to be and contain the nuncupative will of JORDAN, 
was in open Court offered for probate.

Whereupon, it is ordered by that notice be given to the next of kin, and that 
publication be made for five successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
those interested may come forward (if they shall thing proper) and contest the 
same at next court to be held for the County of Wake on the 3rd Monday in 
November and plead, answer or demur to this petition, judgment will be taken 
pro confesso and heard ex parte.
