Recorded in the Clerks Office in the County of Wake in Book E and page (114) the 14th day of March 1798 - Nathl Lane C.C. Additional Comments: Jonathan Reeves is not a member of the other Wake County Reeves' families and his origins prior to his appearance on the 1790 census of Wake County are unknown. He is listed as HOH in that census and 1793 tax roles but would appear to be an older child from his effects as listed in this inventory. Also, there are no guardian records in Wake County for any children of a Jonathan Reeves.
