                      NOTICE
   -- Having Qualified as Administrator
upon the estates of CHARLES W. ROBERTSON and JOHN T. ROBERTSON, sons of TEMPLE 
ROBERTSON, deceased, at August Sessions, 1863, of Wake County, this is to 
notify all persons indebted to said estates to make immediate payment, and 
those having claims against said estates to present them in the time 
prescribed by law, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
