EPHRAIM PERRY Et al Pursuant to an order made at Spring Term, 1860, of the Court of Equity for the County of Wake, the undersigned Clerk and Master, will on the 18th day of June next, proceed to sell at Rolesville, the land in the pleadings mentioned and described to wit: A tract of land situate and lying in the northeastern part of Wake County on the Watery Branch, adjoining the lands of EPHRAIM PERRY, BALDY BAKER, and others, and containing about one hundred and nine acres, more or less. Said land was, during his lifetime, the property of CHARLES SANDERFORD, deceased. TERMS OF SALE: The opening bid will be $150. $100 of the purchase money cash.
