                         NOTICE
   -- Having at August Term, 1863, of Wake County Court, qualified as Executor 
of  MRS. GRIZZY SEAWELL, deceased, I give notice to all those indebted to the 
estate to make payment and to the creditors to present their claims within the 
time prescribed by law.
