HENRY SEAWELL

         Vs.

ISAAC M’CALLUM

Original Attachment – WILLIAM BOYLAN, ESQ. summoned as Garnishee

    This being an Original Attachment and levied in the hands of WILLIAM 
BOYLAN, ESQ, who being summoned as Garnishee declares he was indebted to the 
Defendant (ISAAC M’CALLUM) by Bond, but has understood the sum has been 
assigned to a MR. JAMES WILLIAMSON of Person County. If the fact be so, MR. 
WILLIAMSON is notified to come forward at the next Wake Court and contest a 
condemnation, or else forever hereafter hold his peace.
