                          EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   The Subcriber Having Qualified As Executor of JOEL SIMMS, deceased, hereby 
gives notice to all person indebted to said estate to come forward and settle, 
and all persons having claims against sd. estate to present them for payment, 
duy authenticated, within the time prescribed by law, or this notice will be 
plead in bar of their recovery.
