SMITH, widow, vs. UPCHURCH SMITH and others, heirs at law of JOHN SMITH, dec'd, late of Wake County. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said heirs-at-law of JOHN SMITH, dec'd, late of Wake County, are non-residents that advertisement be made in the N.C. Standard for six weeks, for said heirs at law to appear at the next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, to be held at the Court House in Raleigh, on the 3rd Monday of February next, then and there to plead answer or demur to said petition or judgment pro confesso will be entered as to them, and the prayer of the petitioner granted.
