EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that the Subscribers, at the last Term of Wake 
County Court, qualified as Executors on the estate of WILLIAM SPEIGHT, 
deceased, late of Wake County. Those indebted to the said estate are requested 
to make payment immediately, and those having claims against said estate are 
notified to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law 
or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
