ISAAC STRICKLAND et al Petition to set aside the probate of a paper writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of ELISHA STRICKLAND, Deceased. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JACOB SEAGRAVES and his children, names unknown, JAMES JOHNSON and CHARLEY, his wife; and ISAAC STRICKLAND and KINCHEN STRICKLAND, do not reside in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the said defendants appear on the 1st day of next term to plead to this Petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
