EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that the Subscriber, at last term, of Wake County 
Court, qualified as Executor on the estate of, SOLOMAN A. SUTHERLAND, 
deceased. Those indebted to the said estate are requested to make payment 
immediately, and those having claims against said estate are notified to 
present, duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this notice 
will be plead in bar of their recovery.
