Original attachment levied in the hands of JOHN GREEN and JOHN MARTIN

Due to the pendency of this suit, it is ordered by the Court that publication 
be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless THOMAS 
CLEMENTS, the defendant, appear at the next term of this Court to be held for 
Wake County on the 3rd Monday in February to plead, answer or demur to this 
issue, judgment final will be entered against him.
