THOMAS HUNT and others

Pursuant to an order of last term, plaintiffs having filed an Amendment to 
Bill of Complaint that PEGGY BENTON, POLLY BENTON, THOMAS BENTON, JESSE 
BENTON, NANCY BENTON, SAMUEL BENTION, NATHANIEL BENTON, SUSANNAH BENTON and 
JOES RICES, defendants in this case are not inhabitants of this State. 

It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for five 
successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the defendants appear at 
our next Superior Court of Equity to be held for the County of Wake at the 
Court House in Raleigh on the 1st Monday after the 4th Monday in March next, 
then and there to answer or the plaintiff's bill of complaint will be taken 
pro confesso against them and heard ex parte. him.
