THOMAS HUNT and others Pursuant to an order of last term, plaintiffs having filed an Amendment to Bill of Complaint that PEGGY BENTON, POLLY BENTON, THOMAS BENTON, JESSE BENTON, NANCY BENTON, SAMUEL BENTION, NATHANIEL BENTON, SUSANNAH BENTON and JOES RICES, defendants in this case are not inhabitants of this State.
