REAL ESTATE OF WILLIAM WARREN, SR., Deceased

Petition for Dower

        Some of the children of WILLIAM WARREN, SR., deceased, having removed 
out of the State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for five successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless they come 
forward and plead or demur at next November Court, that a decree will be 
granted in favor of the petitioner's petition.
