THE HEIRS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF WM. AMBROSE, deceased

Petition for Dower

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that two of the defendants, 
WARREN AMBROSE and ELIZABETH AMBROSE, is not a resident of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the Defendant appear at the next 
term of this court to be held for the County of Wake and plead, answer or 
demur to the petition, the same will be taken pro confesso against them  and 
decreed accordingly.
