     Vs.

ZENUS BRONSON.

Original Attachment, levied, in the hands of DAVIS BATTLE, THOMAS COBB AND 
JOHN SCOTT, and on all the property found of the defendant's in and about the 
house he occupied consisting of tables, charis, and a number of other articles.

It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for five successive weeks 
in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the defendant come in during the first 
three days of the next term of this Court to be held for the County of Wake 
and replevy property and plead to issue, judgment final will be entered 
against him.
