Original Attachment: Judgment by default, levied on a chest and its contents, 
comprising a quantity of brass mountings and other things. - ISAAC LOVE, ESQ., 
Sheriff. Having been summoned as Garnishee sayeth he has in his hands $79.43 
that came to his hand as an officer, the property of the defendant.

Whereupon, it is ordered by the Court that notice be given, and that 
publication be made for five successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that the 
Defendant come forward and replevy by the next Court or final judgment will be 
had against him and the property condemned to plaintiff's use.
