Witnesseth that I the said Philip Adams, Senr. for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have toward the said Isaac Adams or being & my son upon his advancement have by these Given Granted Ensessed and confirmed to him the said Isaac Adams his heirs and assigns forever on certain Tract or parcel of land lying and being in said County of Wake and bounded as follows. Beginning at a White Oak on the Bank of neuse River above the mought of Beaver Dam Creek Running thence North 62 o west on Hundred sixty poles to a small white oak then North 22 o west one Hundred and twenty one poles to a white oak bush. Then North 85 o west one Hundred and fifteen poles to a post oak in Benjamin Wards line then with his line a South West ______ fifty eight poles to a dogwood his corner then South 50o East twenty four poles to a pine John Adams corner then along his line in East corner one Hundred and thirty seven poles a small scrub oak then S. 47o East two Hundred and one poles to a Sweet gum on the Bank of Neuce River then down the same to the Beginning containing Two hundred and Eight acres be the same more or less with all and singular the rights for ___________ and privileges with the _________ and appertences thereto in any wise appertaining or belonging he he said Philip Adams, Senr. doth agree that he will forever warrant and _________ the above given lands and premises unto him the said Isaac Adams his heirs and assigns to his or their only proper and _______ Benefit & _______ and free from all Incumberance whatsoever.
