Dunn and Frances A. Dunn sold to Clayton Lee for $495 a certain tract of land in Wake Co. NC on the west side of Little River adjoining the land of Joseph Fowler, John Perry and others, containing 174 acres more or less, being the same tract of land willed by Lucy Dunn to Hardeman Dunn in trust for the use and benefit of her son Robert Dunn at whose death to be divided amongst his lawful children, the said Robert having deceased and the children residents of Greene Co.
