Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained and delivered and conferred any by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said Thomas MURREY one certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the bounty aforesaid on Sycamore Creek and the great branch. Beginning at a ash and running on the old too the great branch Thence down the great branch to Sycamore Creek. Thence down the Creek to the first Station Containing five [5] acres more or less. To have and to hold the said land and premises with all houses, buildings, orchard, woods and underwoods and all other appurtenances whatsoever to the said land and premises belonging or in any wise appertaining and also the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders and all the estate right, title, Interest claims and demands whatsoever of him the said Joseph EDWARDS ofin or to the said land and premises and every part thereof with the appertenances unto the said Thomas Murrey his heirs and assigns forever and the said Joseph EDWARDS for himself and his Heirs and assigns shall and will warrant Y forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof the said Joseph EDWARDS hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
