Witnesseth that for and in consideration of three hundred dollars to the said Dennis Grady in hand paid by the said Mark Grady the receipt whreof is hereby acknowledged Hath Bargained sold by ___________ of this presents doth bargain sell _______ convey and confirm unto the said Mark Grandy Senr. a certain tract or parcel ofl land wherein the said Mark Grady, Senr. now lives Begining at a water oad on the head of Sycamore Creek at the road runing thence a North East course as the road runs one hundred and forty nine poles to a post oak in the old line thence a long the same sixty pole to a pine & hickory at the head of the middle ________ of the spring branch then down the same N.50o West Seventy four pole to a white oak in the sring thence N 22o west Seventy two poles to red oak in the fork of said sring branch & said creek thereon. Thence crossing said Creek South 77oWest one hundred and Eighty Six pole to a hickory in the back line then along the same South two hundred and ten poles to a maple in a drain of Sycamore then West fifteen poles to a pine formerly David Delk's corner then south one hundred and twenty six poles to pointers thence east Nine poles to a white oak on Sycamore Creek then u the various cources of the same to the Begining containing three hundred & Ninety three acres more or less to have and to hold the above described Land and premises and every thing thereunto belonging free and clear from all Lawful claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever unto the said Mark Grady Sr. his heirs and assigns forever.
