Witnesseth that the said THOMAS HUDSON for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY DOLLARS to ME in hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge myself therewith fully satisfied and paid and have bargained sold aliened,and delivered and by these present do bargain sell & deliver unto the aforesaid Sarah Jinks her heirs & assigns forever, one certain tract or parcel of land, situated lying and being in the County of Wake and on the waters of White Oak Creek and beginning at a stake on Joshua Jones' old line thence south along a line of marked trees to a pine in Goodlow old line Then east along a line of marked trees to three pines Goodlow Old Corner, Thence North along a line of marked trees to three dogwoods Thence West along a line of marked trees to the first station Containing One Hundred Acres, more or less to have to to hold the aforesaid tract or pardel of land together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging with all and singular, right properties thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining free & clear forever and I Thomas Hudson for myself my heirs Extrs and Admin will warrant & forever defend the aforesaid land & premises from the just claim of all and every person or persons whatsoever, unto SARAH JINKS her heirs or assigns forever, in witness have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal the day & date above written Thos Hudson In witness whereof this have hereunto set their hand and seals the day and year first above written.
