Witnesseth that the said Seth Jinks for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he has unto the said John Jinks has givne, ...... that messuage or tenement situated where the said John Jinks now lives together with the privileges and all things.... thereonto a certain tract of land to wit: Beginning at Edmon Barker's corner thence South with said Barkers's line to a stake Joseph H. Jinks corner thence west with said Jinks line to a Red Oak. Thence north to a stake in Obed Johnson line thence was with said Johnson' line to the first station containing 50 acres. Seth Jinks Signed sealed and delivered in presence of C.S. Jinks Febry Term 1859 the Execution of the foregoing deed was in open court was duly proved by C.S. Jinks the witness thereto and ordered to be register. Book No 22 and page 477 the 16th day of March 1859.
