ALLEN ROGERS, JR. GRANTOR

This Indenture made this Twenty Second day of April in the year of our Lord 
one Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Three Between Daniel Parham and Mary S. 
Parham, his wife & Avery Parham all of the County of Wake and State of North
Carolina on the one part and Allen Rogers, Jr. of the Same County & State 
aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the Said Daniel Parham & Mary 
S. parham & Avery Parham for and in consideration of the Sum of Seventy five
Dollars to them in hand have paid by the Said Allen Rogers, Jrn. at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receit whereof thereby 
acknowledge themselves full satisfied contented and paid hath given granted 
Bargained & sold and by these presents do absolutely Bargain & Sell alien 
Enseall and confirm unto the Said Allen Rogers, Jrn, his heirs & assigns 
forever a certain Tract or parcel of Land Situate lying in the county & 
State aforesaid on both Sides of Laurel Creek and bounded as follows.   
Beginning at a __ on the S. of the Road Richard Smith, corner  Thence down 
the Road with Benjamin Rogers line to a Stake opposite to the Said Daniel 
Parham formerly lived thence Corner with Rogers line across the Creek to a 
stake.  Thence with Rogers line South Corner to a __ & Corner in Samuel 
Reavis, dec. line thence with Reavis line to Smith Corn. Thence with Said      N. 6.2   the 
Begining containing seventy three Acres more or less to have & to hold the
