Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty five dollars to us in hand paid by the said James Boyd at or before the sealing of these presents, the Reeceipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and therefor doth ___________ & discharge unto the said James Boyd his heirs a tract or parcel of Land lying Situate lying and being in the County of Wake and State aforesaid on both sides of Laurel Creek & bounded as following.
