H. B. ROCHELLE to David GILL
Know all men by these presents that I Henderson ROCHELL of the County of Wake and
State of North Carolina hath this day Bargained Sold Aligned and Conveyed and by 
these presents do bargain sell alien and convey unto David GILL all the rights title 
interest and claim which I have to the Estate of personal property of George ROBERTSON, 
Sen’r vz. Milly, Cloae?, Reubun and Betsy to which I am and should be entitled under 
the Will of said George ROBERTSON, dec’d after the death of Pheby ROBERSTON, dec’d as 
well appear by said will as of record in the Court of said County in consideration
of one hundred and thirty five dollars to me in hand paid by the said David GILL, to 
Have and to Hold to his --- sum for and recovery? the said interest and claim at the 
death of the said Pheby ROBERTSON to him the said David GILL his heirs and asigns forever, 
and I do hereby authorize the said David GILL to take all legal steps for the recipt and 
recovery of said Estate in my name the receipt? still? to relict?
I do --- him by these presents transfer & assign over to him the said David GILL and will 
forever Warrant & defend the same to him the said DAvid GILL his heirs and asigns given 
under my hand and seal this 2nd day of Febry 1844.
