Alsey Rochelle to John M. Brasfield & others
Know all men by these presents that I Alsey ROCHELLE of the County of Wake and State
of North Carolina for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid by 
George Brasfield of the said state and county aforesaid do hereby relinquish all my 
rights and title interest and claims for myself my heirs and assigns forever to an 
undivided part of the Estate belonging to Mary MITCHELL Dec’d it being one eighth of 
said Estate which is one eighth part of said estate I myself am fully entitled to by 
the Laws of our Country which said one eighth part of said undivided estate I the said 
Alsey ROCHELL for myself my heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid do hereby relinquish 
unto David BRASFIELD, ---- BRASFIELD, and Robert FLEMING Executors to the Estate of the 
said George BRASFIELD, Dec’d it being --- by contract which I the said Alsey ROCHELLE 
made with the said George BRASFIELD next before his dec’d. In Witness where I have unto 
set my hand and affixed my seal  the 2nd day of Feb. 1823.
