T. G. Terrell The Raleigh Standard, 31 Dec. 1862 DIED, in the hospital at Leesburg, Va., of typhoid fever, on the 5th of September, 1862, THOMAS G. TERRELL of Wake County, N. C., aged 21 years, 10 months and 13 days. He volunteered in the first of the war and joined the Oak City Guards, 14th N. C. Regiment and went to Virginia. He was in the Battle of Seven Pines. He has left an aged father and mother, a brother, sisters, relatives and friends to mourn his loss. He was a consistent member of the Baptist Church.
