NOTICE
THE SUBSCRIBER OFFER FOR SALE HER SUMMER RESIDENCE containing 130 acres of 
land about 50 of which are cleared, a part of it good meadow land situated 
about five miles west of Raleigh, and a half mile south of the North Carolina 
Railroad, a large well finished dwelling house with the necessary out houses:
among them an Ice House, Barn and Stables; a fine assortment of Fruit trees 
and a well of fine water, etc. The above mentioned property is a very 
desirable location for a school or residence. Liberal terms offered to the 
purchaser. Persons wishing to purchase are referred to the MESSRS. TUCKER of 
Raleigh or to HENRY R. BRYAN of Newbern, N. C.
