Wake County, NC - Preston Pearson Land Sale, 1812

                       LAND FOR SALE

A valuable tract of land containing about seven hundred acres lying
four miles south-west of Raleigh is offered for sale.

There is a tolerable plantation with good orchards and houses - the
land is well watered, having several excellent springs and is well
adapted for the cultivation of corn, wheat, oats, &c. 

I deem it unnecessary to enter into a lenghty description as it is 
presumed that no person will purchase without an examination of the
premises - I will take two or three likely young Negroes in part
payment.
