He is between 25 and 30 years of age, dark complexion, about five feet nine inches high, slow spoken, high forehead. I think a small scar on his upper lip. The said boy has been at work on the fortifications of Wilmington and more recently on those near Raleigh. He came home from Raleigh without any pass and when about being punished absconded.
