Christian Advocate, Raleigh, NC – Wednesday 6/10/1863
Kate Bradshaw, died of brain fever the 30th ult., in the 13th year of her age.  But
her friends may smile thro’ their tears; because she had given her heart to God in 
her youth.  “She entered heaven with prayer.”  She came from school sick, said her 
prayers, and went to bed, became delirious and remained so till she died.  Fond 
parents, meet her in heaven.   J. F. S.
