Obituary

Departed this life on the 15th ult. (at the Springs in Virginia) of a 
pulmonary consumption, Mr. Duncan D. Briggs of this county in the 24th year of 
his age, a young man of amiable character and correct deportment. He has left 
two brothers who will long bewail the irreparable loss they have sustained in 
the death of one of the most affectionate brothers.
