Friday, March 14, 1813
DIED, on Tuesday, at her residence near Raleigh, MRS. LANE, relict of HENRY 
LANE, ESQ., deceased, and daughter of MAJOR JOHN HINTON. The death of this 
excellent and amiable lady plunges in sorrow her four interesting daughters, 
numerous and respectable relatives and has filled with regret the bosoms of an 
exclusive circle of friends.
