Dr. Ramseur, a brother of Major General Stephen D. Ramseur, died at the Hospital for

the Insane in Raleigh Tuesday and was buried Wednesday in the Confederate Cemetery,

the escort being from the Soldier’s Home, of which he was for many years an inmate.
