KENNETH RAYNER, residing in this City, repaired with his little brother to the woods north of his father's house, for the purpose of hunting with his gun. In a short time the report of the gun was heard, and soon after the shocking intelligence was received that HENRY was mortally wounded. He was found a few minutes afterward, lifeless, having accidentally shot himself, the load of the gun entering beneath his chin and passing out through the crown of his head. He was a sprightly and promising boy. His funeral took place at the residence of his father of Saturday evening at five o'clock. His school-mates, the pupils of MR. LOVEJOY'S Academy, who were much attached to him, attended his remains to the grave.
