JAMES BRUCE ROYAL, 78, of the Milby Hotel, died Saturday.  Survivors:  Son, 
William Royal, Las Palmas, Calif; daugher, Mrs. Mary Burns, Santa Monica, 
Calif; brother, John Royal, Philadelphia; a grand son; two grandaughters.  
Services 2 PM Wednesday Houston Funeral Home chapel, the Rev. J. T. Barnett 
officiating.  Burial Rosewood Memorial Cemetery.  Houston Funeral Home, 1401 
Crawford, CApitol 7-6364.

Additional Comments:
James Bruce Royal was born in Wake Forest, Wake Co, NC; the son of William 
Bailey Royall and Sara Jane Hall. William Bailey Royall was a Greek Professor 
at Wake Forest University for a number of years.  Sara Jane Hall was from 
Hallsboro, Columbus Co, NC.
