Raleigh Standard, Feb. 15, 1860
   AUGUSTIN TURNER, ESQ., one of the members of the Special Court of this 
County, died at his residence, of paralysis, a few days since. MR. TURNER was 
a useful citizen, and enjoyed the respect and confidence of his neighbors.
