My Last Will and Testament

I, P.R. Allen of the County of Wake and the State of North Carolina do 
make this my last will and testament:

1st. I give to my beloved wife Ora, all of my property both real and 
personal whether in Wake or any other county.

2nd It is my will that at the death of my wife my son Paul is to have my 
dwelling and outbuildings and twenty acres of land surrounding the same 
for his kind and faithful service through all the years to his mother 
and me.

3rd. That the balance of the real estate be divided equally among the 
remainder of our children.
