(aep) Note: 1. It is my belief that most of these families of Wake County, NC are from Isle of Wight County, VA. 2. I also believe that BRASFIELD is a corruption, or vice versa, of BRASWELL. BARNES-BRASWELL-UNDERWOOD-JONES-POWELL-FORT-POOLE all make connections in I.O.W., VA. Many of these families migrated into SC. 3.
