London BENJAMIN WADE WILL In the Name of God Amen I Benjamin Wade of North Carolina, Wake county being weak in body but of sound mind and memory calling to mind my later end to make and ordain this my last will and testament as follows. That is I lend to my beloved wife Abigale her dower in all my lands during her natural life. I give to my son Mark one feather bed and furniture when convenient for his mother to furnish it. I give to my son William my young horse, one cow and calf, one feather bed and furniture when convenient for his mother to furnish it. I give to my sons Mark and William all my lands to be equally divided between them to them and their heirs forever. I give to my beloved wife said Abigal all the remainder of my estate. This I do acknowledge to be my last will and testament and do revoke all others that may have been by me made this the only one where unto I set my hand and seal in presence of November 22, 1802. I appoint my wife Abigal and his my son Mark my whole and sole executors.
