Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved son Bry Harward one hundred and five acres of land whereon he now lives one feather Bed and furniture one Horse one cow and calf two sheep one negro Girl Sary all received Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Nancy Yates one cow and calf one bed and furniture two sheep one negro Boy names Isham all of which she has received. Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Rosanah Castleberry: one bed & furniture one cow and calf two sheep and one negro Boy named Wilson all of which she has received. Item I give and bequeath unto my son Brittain Harward severnty three acres of land whereon he now lives and six acres beside on the east side of his other land which was surveyed by William Hudson and Josiah Barbee. One horse one cow & calf two sheep and one negro Boy Bristor all of which he has received except for the six acres of land. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Martha Barbee one bed and furniture one cow & calf two sheep one acre of land on which she now lives and fifithy dollars in money to be paid within six months after my death by my Executor the Bed and furniture cow and calf and two sheep she has received Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rhodiah Wheeler one cow and calf one bed and furniture The bed and furniture received Also fifty Dollars I give her to be paid within six months after my death by my Executors. Item I give and bequeath unto my son John Harward Junior sixty and half acres of land one horse one cow & calf two sheep one bed and furniture one negro Girl Marabeth all of which he has received. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Milly Yates one bed and furniture one cow and calf two sheep one negro girl Delia all of which she has received Item I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Harward one negro Boy Green and all the Land on which I now live and one hundred dollars to be paid within six months after my death. Item I give and bequeath the residue of my negros except which is above mentioned and their increase to be equally divided among all my children except Rhodiah and Martha I also give and bequeath all my stock of Horse cattle Hogs and sheep Household and Kitchen to be equally divided amongest all my children except Rodia and Martha. And I hereby make and ordain my beloved son Bry Harward and Brittain Harward Executors of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I the said John Harward Senior have here unto set my hand and seal this 30th of August A.D. 1831.
