In the Name of GOD Amen I William Moore of Wake County and St. Margarets parish being through the abondance Mercy and Goodness of God though Weak in Body of a Sound and disposing Sense & Memory do make Constitute Publish and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as following. First and Principal I Recommend my Soul in to the hands of Almighty God the giver my Body to be desently buried in the Earth at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter Mentioned. Item My Will & desire is that is that first my Just debts & funeral Charges be fully Satisfyed and paid. Item I give & Bequeath p. 153 to my Son Lewis Moore four hundred & fifty Acres of land lying on little lick Creek and One Negro Girl Calld Jude One Cow and Calf One feather Bed and furniture to him and his Heirs forever. Item I geve and bequeath to my Son William Moore the Tract of Land I now dwell on Containing Two hundred and eighty seven acres it being the same Tract as I bought of Nathaniel Kimbrough to him & his Heirs. Item I give and bequeath to my Son John Moore four hundred Acres of Land ajoining the Land I now Dwell on also Joins Henry Warrens lines and John Bledsoe & also two hundred Acres of Land part of a Entery Between me and John Bledsoe to him and his Heirs. Item I give to my Son Edward Moore One Negro Girl calld Rose to him and his Heirs. Item I give and bequeath to my Son Mark Moore One Negro Boy Called Edomand One feather Bed & furniture to him and his Heirs. Item I give to my Daughter Nancy Moore One feather Bed and furniture to her and her Heirs. Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Patty Moore One feather Bed to her and her Heirs. Item I lend to my Wife Sarah Moore for Term of Life all the remainder of my Estates of any kind or Nature Whatsoever, and after her decease my Will and desire is that the above lent Estate should be Equally divided Between my Daughtors that is to say betweeen daughter Mary Moore Nancy Eliza Sarah, Susannah Patty, Tabby, Rebeckar, Rollans & Fanny Moore which I give & Bequeath to them & their Heirs forever. I do hereby Nominate and appoynt my Wife Sarah Moore and my Son Lewis Moore whole and Sole Executors of this my last will and testament Revoaking and making Null and Void all other will or Gifts by me heretofore made.
