In the name of God, Amen. 
Wife Griscal: whole estate till her death.  
Son John HINTON:  lands above Farmer Creek. 
Son, James HINTON: 10L current money. 
Daughter Sarah BRYAN, wife of Needham BRYAN:  Negro ABRAHAM. 
Daughter Mary LANE, wife of Joel LANE:  10L current money. 
Daughter Elizabeth JAMES, wife of Thomas JAMES:  10L current money. 
Sell lands in Johnston County to pay legacies of 10L, but not without wife's 
consent. 
Remainder of estate to sons, Kimbro and David HINTON, dividing land with lower 
part with manor plantation to Kimbro and the upper part to David. 
9 Jan 1784.
Executors:  son, John and James HINTON
