I being weak in body but having perfect mind and memmery do constitute make and ordain this my last will and testament disnuling and revoking all others first calling into mind that it is appointed unto all men to die my will is that my boddy shall be decently buried at the expence of my estate by my executers that I shall hereafter name and as to my worldly estate whoome it hath pleased almighty god to bless me with my will is to divide it in manner and form following to wit that is to say first as to the disposal of land is that it shall be devided into three devisions equally amongst my wife and two children so as my wife Sally Peek to have the plantation whereon I now live to have and to hold and peaceably Ing ay [I give?] to her and her heirs for ever and my daughter Nancy Peek to have Tankins place and my son Samuel Peek to have the place Cold Ragin place to be devided so as to give each its compliment of acres secondly and my will is that the residue of my estate Negroes stock and every other property shall be equally divided amongst the three above devisions and my will and desire is that my will Sally Peek shall have her third as is above specified of my estate as her own property to her and her heirs for ever and my will and desire is that at my decease my executers shall shall make the devision of my estate between my wife and two children in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of April in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and one I constitute and appoint Matthew Jones and Jesse Price and James Walker my Executers to this my last will and testament.
